My Client has paid invoice way back but it's still does not come into my PPH A/c

One of my client paid the invoice long back but the money is sitting in escrow over 3 days and more but it's not being credited into my PPH wallet. What is the meaning of keeping it into your a/c instead of releasing the payment into my a/c. Why PPH is making such delay and why they are not transferring that when they have money into their a/c. All is set-up and it's taking late. It's not a technical fault or some other issue. Is there any reason to keep my money into your a/c. I just need to know otherwise it would have been nice if you could release the payment by tonight with immediate effect.
