VAT invoice required

Hi, 

Please help. My accounts department are chasing me for a VAT invoice for my deposit of £15 I placed with you (currently in escrow). 

The job will complete in the next week or so and then I will pay the balance and will need a VAT receipt for that too. 

Can I draw these down from my admin panel? 

Can you please help me?
