Need urgent help for client

Hello admin,

Actually I am new here, so I don't understand how to solve this problem. Today I got a message from one client that he bought an  hourly Hourlie that I offered, that is fine, so I also replied him via message , now my question is where I will submit my work ? and ask for payment and release mile stone ? Is he already paid me ? Then how can I see that ?

Please help me!
