Integrate Skype or Zoom and Improve your Platform

It is inevitable that in the course of a distance work relationships the desire to work together will come up.  Whether by means of Google shared DOCS or using Skype or Zoom Business or other screen-sharing devices.

I have to use SKYPE to help my suppliers understand my needs because I work in video.  The alternative would be to try to explain in writing something that can be shown visually in 2-3 seconds.

For me as a user of the platform, it comes down to this.  If the platform is not robust enough to meet my needs, I will either not use it or I will engage the contractor outside of the platform.  

Posting a HUGE red warning label does not mitigate this problem but instead encourages people to use these services (you are in effect telling them that it is a problem for you).  

I can find talent in many places today, including extraneous services like TripAdvisor, where reviews are posted and contact information is allowed.  There is no fee or 'pay to play'.

Improve your product and integrate your own screen-sharing and communications solution.  That is the only way to ensure buyers and sellers will continue to use it as their relationships grow.
