How much VAT you deduct ?

Hi 

 

Right now i got a helpline which states the following :

" We have a tiered Service Fee where you pay either a 3.5% or a 15% (both excl. VAT) fee on an invoice paid by your Buyer depending on how much you have earned in total on PPH in that particular calendar month. How it works:

on the first £375 | €520 | $560 that you earn in a calendar month you will be charged 15% (excl. VAT) fee

on all earnings after that point, in the same calendar month, the service fee drops to our standard fee of just 5% (excl. VAT)."

 

Does it mean for the first three transaction you will deduct 3.5% on whole 

or

15% excluding VAT ? Do you mean this ?

 

And after the first three transaction , PPH deducts standard 5% only ?

 

What is the first transaction is of 5 crore INR , please send me final figure that will be paid to me for this amount if transaction takes place ?
