Moderated 'Screenplay and Script'

Hi there - I am a screenwriter and scriptwriter, and a potential client has contacted me via a workstream on PPH, asking me if I can help him with his.

Yet I can't contact him because it says the words have been moderated, and it's blocked. This sounds kingd of crazy, when that's part of my job...? Please can anyone help?
