Can't create the invoice.

Hello PPH,

I can't create the invoice. It needs to "It seems like you haven't filled in your Personal/Company details, your Tax/Company details, and your Paypal or Bank details. Please click here to fill them in before you can create an Invoice."

But when I going to add the tax Details it needs to "Company registration number". But I have no company registration number.

And in your payment system, I can't see the Skrill payment method. 

A few months ago I had Withrow some $ from Skrill, That time there is no problem. But whats the problem now?
