I need to contact customer support

I need a refund issued as I misread what the seller was offering, however, i dont want it to affect his reputation as it was my mistake. How do i do this?

    In my first transaction through your service (before I fully understood your policies)  I contacted a Jermain Thompson (United technologies). Given my immediate need and late hour he promised to expedite the work and convinced me to send a Paypal that night. Turns out his name is really Kumar Brown. For days he has failed to deliver anything.

    The kind of resources I need should be real time and on a live high speed internet connection sharing my screen. I do NOT MIND PAYING FOR THE BEST on an hourly basis. How can I ensure I get this in the future

    I received a private feedback on Andrea, who started working with us today. I accidentally pressed the 1 button and this is totally wrong as Andrea only started work today.  Pls can you remove this from the account. I do not want to upset him before ehe has even started.
