Bank Statement Rejection

I have sent a bank statement twice and both times it has been rejected. Please confirm exactly what it is you require. Does the statement need to be dated within the last 30 days?

  Same here.
  I sent a screenshot of my account details which clearly showed all the required details.
  I don't get paper statements.
  What else can I use?
