Real location needed

I've submitted my application to PeoplePerHour and received the response that I need to provide my real location. At the moment I'm back in London looking for temporary work, but I live in Bolivia most of the time.

From searching, I can see a lot of people have had issues with being told they have to give their real location. How can I sort this out?
