Video Webcam Feature removed on Job Proposals

Please could I ask why the video webcam option was removed from the job proposals?

I would say this was a massive positive tool to have when creating proposals and in all honesty a real asset, to which I won a lot of jobs from.

I know that I asked support why it was removed and the answer was that it wasn't being used enough so it got removed.... but I'm shocked by this considering that Video is really being pushed by so many platforms at the moment. It almost feels like a backward step?!

  I have looked in your account and can see your issue is now solved. You can still record video proposals and submit them. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

  Actually the issue is not resolved at all and I'm unable to record video proposals. I don't even have the option on the proposal on my screen anymore.

  As I specified in the previous message,  I asked support why it was removed and the answer was that it wasn't being used enough so it got removed..

  Would really appreciate it being reinstated... video is huge right now and it seems daft to go backwards on this....!
