Please help me out for "You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved"

Please make me able to submit proposal from today. I need asap.

i have purchased the bid now but I am facing this kind of the issue. 

Please help me for regarding this.

    Please help me out for "You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved" there is issue to resubmit your application with add more detail in about section i don't understand what is the problem in about i added my whole detail in it.

    Please help me to solve it

     I have submitted my profile million times but every time i am getting a reply from you is that " Dear Indigo,

    Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile."

    when i submit the proposal. I am getting this "You can't send a proposal since your Seller Application is not approved". 

    is there any way where i can get it rid of this error, Please help me out for it.

    i tried many time to apply job but i am unable to do it always asked "You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved" so pls let me know what should i do to approve it ? pls solve my problem thanks

    Please advise me how can I approve my seller account? While I have received this PPH email: -

    "Dear Mahrukh,
    Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile."

    But I can not send any proposal at this time. So please advise me. Thanks!

    I received e- mail that my account has approved but when i open my profile then a note appear that your account do not approve please help me.
