How do I raise a complaint about PPH customer service?

    Hello Paul, I have looked in your account and can see you have had these issues 'resolved' however as you have not responded to some of these messages from our team perhaps you haven't seen them? The tickets have been closed but only after giving you further assistance as per the email below...

    I'm very sorry to hear about this. I have done name search and found that you had another account with email id nickie@remarkablepractice.com. I can see you had all the payments and communication from this account only.

    So you need to log into this account to check those details.

    Furthermore, please note that you're not allowed to have more than on e account on the site as it is a violation of our rules, so please let me know which account you would like to use so that I can deactivate the others.

    i hv registered a complaint about the way PPH was handling my posted job, advising the bidders to make proposals at 3 times my budget 3 weeks ago

    i recieved a mail a few days later saying that customer support is too busy to reply and look into my issue?  are you serious??

    instead of that, i keep on  receiving emails from PHP recommending me bidders non-stop, and time passing by, no reference to my complaint at all

    not sure about this kind of practices.. extremely unprofessional i would say

    i want to hire a bidder that i hv selected, but until i get a satisfactory reply i won't

    the "submit" button on the "contact us" link has not worked for months. Customer service will not answer an e-mail and my face Book contact resulted in "someone will contact you directly" I am still waiting. I need to withdraw funds and have past the deadline due to being a victim of a wild fire in Portugal and the fact that I could not get assistance from PPH because of the afore mentioned customer service issues.

    Please can someone contact me so I can have my money back? My name is Elizabeth Hutchinson

    Hi I've received notification of a push down on my account but I had replied to the direct message - this buyer had sent duplicate messages to me and I responded to what I thought was the right one. Please review.

    I am also experiencing poor PPH customer service. 

    I have received an email on 22nd June 2020 to say that I had £25 credit note expiring the next day. I then tried to order a service but there is no option of using credit to make payment in the payment dashboard. 

    I have them messaged to PPH customer service and after 24 hrs they gave me an irrevant answer to my question. I then messaged them with attached picture again they didn't answer my question correctly. 

    I tried again and messaged them with the email dated 22nd June and ask them to reply to me as a matter of urgency but no answer. 

    Can anyone help please?

    PPH Customer Service is the worst among similar freelance marketplaces. Specially, their Dispute resolution team makes no sense. In a single workstream, they are making contradicting comments.
