customer service cancelled my payment

Hi ,

I need to know that why my payment was cancelled by your customer service team ?

Many other people have posted this same issue as well, but no proper solution has been provided.

Let me know what happens after when you Raise a Ticket about this matter to customer support team? how soon they will contact me and how soon this issue will be addressed?
