    Hi,

    Thanks for your support. As I have received my payments from the client now is there any way to remove the bad review I have provided to him. As he have paid me now I don't want to give him such review. Please let me know if there is any way for that. You really did a great job.

    Hi Ingrid,
    Same thing happened with me. You just need to raise the invoice or if you did so then you can wait for 15 days if the amount is deposited in escrow then it will be automatically released to your PPH account after 15 dyas.if the buyer has not deposited the funds to the escrow then PPH will keep communicating with both of you. No worries you will get your payment if you have completed the work succesfully otherwise PPH will hold the buyers account. Please raise your issue to the support so they get to know the issue. Sometimes they reply late but very helpful in these type of matters. Thanks.
