RIDICULOUS ADMIN FEE
First of all I was never informed of the existence of such a fee. I feel that it is an exploitation of PPH towards its users especially when this term 8.4 is not widely practiced by other similar sites. I feel that at least a reminder needs to be prompted before a deduction is being made. And then it's up to the user to whether continue to be inactive or not. Now I feel like I'm being robbed of my rights.
Besides, I am being charged monthly from Dec 2015 to Dec 2016. However, I am certain that during that period of time I have definitely logged in to PPH at least once, if not many times, to check the details of the jobs recommended to me. Then why am I still being charged given that I have logged in?
Also, I noticed that the charges were £6.70 from Dec 2015 - Nov 2016, but £4.60 for Dec 2016. Why is the difference?
I strongly demand explanation for all my questions above.
I do not think that PPH has practiced term 8.4 correctly in my case (in fact, I do not agree on term 8.4 at all).
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
