WHY MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS STILL PENDING?

Hello, 

 I am working from last few months on PPH and done no. of jobs  but still did not get any payment  coz of PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS STILL PENDING. Can u please confirm when  sort this issue . please take this is an priority.

  I have attached my details . please check and fix my prob. accordingly.

  let me know if needed any more requirement.  also I have already  attached screenshot of paypal account statement.
