Messages not displaying
Hi,
I am seeing an alert in the Workstream menu that a client has sent me a message.
I go to the workstream - message not there.
I have to wait 10-20 minutes to get the alert from you by email that I have a message, and I can then read part of the message but can still not see the message in my workstream and therefore cannot reply. This this is starting to lose me business.

This has been happening in my messages as well. I think the problem for me started about 9 days ago. It's not consistent-it happens in random workstreams, then everything is OK for a couple of days before it starts doing it again. Each time I think you have fixed the glitch. The latest is on a message that the seller sent me about 20 minutes ago.
Please sort this out, because, like Faye, it is starting to affect my business.
