Refund process for part complete job
Hello,
What should you do if a buyer decides to cancel a job after it has started and requests a full refund? Once the refund request has been raised I cannot create an invoice for the work done so far. I would like to raise a small invoice for the time spent to date but I only have 2 options:
1) pay the full refund and lose money on the time spent
2) pay to raise a dispute and lose money as the fee is as high as the invoice I wish to raise
I seem to lose either way. There must be a fair solution available?
