    Yes I am.  Looks like we have found a massive loophole in the refunds process that allows buyers to get free work out of sellers! 

    Very, very worrying.  I will post details soon as I'm sure sellers will want to be warned about this.

    IM having an issue with a client now wanting refund after two weeks work. I have raised a support request.
