INDIVIDUAL PERSON (NO VAT) FEES INVOICE INFO
Hello,
I live in Italy and I am an individual person, so I don't apply VAT but 20% of Withdrawal (IRPEF).
I have a doubt concerning PPH invoice.
When I set an invoice for the buyer do I have:
1) to include PPH FEES on taxed total amount?
(I.E.
JOB TOTAL AMOUNT € 900,00
+ PPH FEES € 100,00 (set as €100 to semplify the example)

TOTAL AMOUNT € 1.000,00
- 20% withdrawal € 200,00
______________________________
NET AMOUNT € 800,00

2) it is a NON Taxable expense and there is a specific voice?
(I.E.
JOB TOTAL AMOUNT € 900,00
____________________________
- 20% withdrawal € 180,00
+ PPH FEES expenses € 100,00 (set as €100 to semplify the example)

NET AMOUNT € 820,00

3) I do only invoice Job amount because PPH will send me an invoice for the fees I have to pay? Or PPH will send the invoice directly to the buyer?
(I.E.
JOB TOTAL AMOUNT € 900,00

- 20% withdrawal € 180,00
______________________________
NET AMOUNT € 720,00
In any case, will PPH send me an invoice for the FEES I have to pay?

sono italiana anch'io e non ho la partita iva. Vorrei sapere come impostare una fattura correttamente per non ricadere in sanzioni.
So che la ritenuta d'acconto del 20% la si può chiedere sono se il tuo compratore/buyer è una azienda e/o ha p.iva. Tra due privati non si può fare.
Come hai risolto il problema che hai posto qui?
