Messages not appearing in workstream

My messages are not displaying properly in workstreams. I receive a preview of the message via e-mail no problem, but once I actually go on to the workstream there's nothing there.

This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened on different worksteams. It's very frustrating.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience but this is a known bug. Our developers are now aware of this and are working actively on resolving this. Please rest assured that resolution is on its way.

    None of my messages or workstreams are visible or working!! This is a major problem as I engaged a seller on a very tight deadline! I will have to scrap the project

    i'm in middle of getting my work done and it's URGENT and this bug which is in place for over 2weeks i suppose is not fixed !

    Considering this has happened to me before, whilst it might be a known bug it is not acceptable as we are paying for the use of the platform.

    I agree this is not acceptable - we will miss the deadline for our project. Wll we get a refund please including of all PPH fees as this is your fault and not ours. Abandoned project due to not being able to use your platform
