Why was my application not accepted?

I kept getting responses back following my application saying that I needed to 'put in my real location' and ultimately, my application was rejected.  I do not understand why I kept getting these messages as my location is in Thornton Heath, Croydon, South London. I kept putting different variations of this in my application, and I think this strange reaction to my location and application was ultimately why it was rejected. Can you please definitely clarify why this was the case, as I am a legitimate freelance writer with an extensive background, and it seems like someone on your end just did not believe that I was from where I said I was from. I spent money to fast track this application which now feels like a con, especially after getting your bizarre emails stating "Please provide your real location". Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

  I have the same problem, my location is Groningen, NL, but it is not accepted!! What can we do? It says provide your real location.

  I have the similar problem, I was told to provide my real location and a genuine picture and have done these several time but my application still not accepted.Please what can I do.

  I also have a similar problem I provide my real name and location, and twice my application has been rejected, can you please tell me what should I do now, I need an account please help me. Give me another chance to submit my application.
