Withdrawing To Payoneer

I have successfully connected my payoneer account.And Payoneer acknowledged by send me the message below - 

''People Per Hour has been added as a funding source to your Payoneer account!

Payments from People Per Hour will now be received to your Prepaid Card''

But when i click to withdraw my balance it takes me to payment settings/editing page which has my payoneer details already. Please what should i do...?
