    Hi Nithesh, you should have the 10% back, read the terms well ,

    "In case a Buyer is entitled to a refund, the Buyer receives the funds requested according to Section 6.3 minus a refund fee equal to 10% of the requested amount. The refund fee is waived in case the Seller is at fault for the refund per Section 6.4."

    I understand inn my case it's seller fault 1 not deliverd on time 2 kept on extending the delivery so i asked for refund why should i pay 10 % on this instance then
