REFUND CHARGES ARE UNFAIR
Hi
I gave a job to an agent with top certification and he failed to deliver on the job.
I have lost one week because of it now I'm rushing to finish the job with some one else The agent has refunded me but However I was shocked that PPH takes a 10% cut from the £100 fee.
This is unfair i have paid the fees while making the payment why should i pay it for the service which is not delivered.

Hi Nithesh, you should have the 10% back, read the terms well ,
"In case a Buyer is entitled to a refund, the Buyer receives the funds requested according to Section 6.3 minus a refund fee equal to 10% of the requested amount. The refund fee is waived in case the Seller is at fault for the refund per Section 6.4."
