Hi

I am lately having some problems with receiving messages from clients. It is some kind of bug, I receive message notification and when I open it there is nothing new on discussion/chat, but when I receive email with message it is shown there.

It used to happen even earlier, but it was not problem as messages were short, now when I receive long feedback or similar I can not read it so I have to ask client to resend same message multiple which bugs both, me and them.
