Withdrawal from PPH account to Payoneer

Hi,

I did withdrawal money to Payoneer account  February 06 2016. 

it should have been sent during the working day

And now February 07 2016 - 6:39  Bangladesh  time

I didnt have payment on Payoneer.

  I'm very sorry about that. Please rest assured, your funds are safe as I can see your withdrawal request is still pending for approval from our payments team.

  We have received an unexpectedly high amount of requests from our users. The processing is taking longer than usual because of an increase in transactions we're having to process.

  However I have now personally notified my payments team and will get it processed as soon as possible.
