Partial refund
Hi there,
I recently did some work for a client whom I had originally quoted 40GBP for the work, but as I was able to complete it in less time I agreed with the buyer that I would only charge her 30GBP and sent an invoice for this amount.
I have been contacted by the client today worried as she received a warning from PPH regarding payment. What happens in these cases? I see it in my escrow at the minute but surely this should be refunded to the client without any charges to either party no?

Hi Max,
In the end you can simply click on the refund option within the workstream and then enter the amount that you wish to refund... If I remember correctly there is an option that you can select which is "work completed and funds left over" - You don´t get negative feedback from partial refunds but you do lose points (the monthly points that you get for completing work) but if you don´t mind not being on the leaderboard (like me) then no problem...
But just to reassure you, you don´t get negative feedback or % deducted for partial refunds ;o)
