Dashboard not working. Messages showing incorrectly.
Hi there,
I've been having issues with my dashboard not loading correctly on and off for two days, but now I have no dashboard details at all. In addition, I also have issues where I am receiving messages but I'm not receiving email confirmation as I usually do. The message also doesn't show in bold under the messages icon at the top of the screen.

Also having dashboard problems - loads showing the blank template but does not populate and ends up with a blank page. Same for Edge; Firefox and Chrome browsers.
Re email problems I seem to only get those notifications that DO NOT contain attachments - raised a call on this 3/4 days ago. For the time being having to email clients with a "please check" second message when sending attached files.
Seems some update has gone horribly wrong. Would nice if PPH could be a bit more upfront when general problems like these occur with perhaps a warning message of system issues at the top of the support page and/or the login page.
