Is the initial 15% feel reduced after earning over 375GBP?

I've learnt over £375 this month via PPH, the 15% was taken off accordingly and I am earning more this month on top of that now charged at a 5% fee. Now I have earned over that,

A) Will I be changed 15% again next month on the first £375?

B) Is the original 15% fee partially refunded to 5% if you earn over that amount by the end of the month?
