I can't get my dashboard to load on PC or with the app. I am new to PPH and am getting a bit frustrated as I can't see what's going on. Is this a widespread problem?

  I am sorry for the inconvenience but this is a known bug. Our developers are now aware of this and are working actively on resolving this. Please rest assured that resolution is on its way.

  I have the same problem.

  It must be a technical issue. Just hold on in there, it will be fixed soon... i hope.

  I'm having the same issue. It stopped working yesterday but they have yet to resolve it.
