    I'd very much like to know that as well. I had a pre-funded job which the seller could not do. I had been stupid and pre-paid the money. A fee was taken from my refund and today I have learned that a FURTHER fee has been applied to my account for "holding" the money at PPH. 

    WHY WAS THE MONEY NOT REFUNDED TO ME? COMPLETE SCAM!!!

    Similar issue. I've done a pre-payment. The seller promised me to deliver the job in time and as it was agreed. But she failed. She has been feeding me with lies for 2 months! Asked me to wait for a week, then for another one, for two more etc. Now she doesn't answer my messages at all. I don't wish to get the fee applied to my refund when I'm asking for it. What should I do in this situation?
