Securing of projects responsibilities

Hi dear PPH,

Already a several times I’m facing with one big issue in my business as freelancer.

The some buyers usually starting one big project, such as completely design of motorcycles, flying vehicles, industrial machines and etc., completely without knowledge about the big project fulfilment workflow.

After my detailed explanation of it they anyway launching a project (you can see many of it in my personal message room).

During the work and payment they finally starting understand how big and responsible its own project, and it excess their imaginable shape of work fulfilment.

As a result they cancels the project in half way. Meanwhile, during the work, I have had rejected several profitable projects, have in my mind that I will complete current big work and will earn same level many.

In this way I was left with nothing, which is extremely unfair.

After when this process repeated in several times I considered that only in cooperation with you I can solve this problem.

Hope you understand me.

What I can offer right know, that is developing some kind of agreement, which will obligates buyers to compensate sellers in case of cancel the project before completing it. Since we (sellers) sign 100))) kind of NDA before start some “innovation” project.
