Payment issues

I can't see any way to contact people per hours directly but both myself and a collegue keep having issues making payments. We want to accept a proposal but when we either select paypal or enter the card details and select accept it just bonces back to the first screen without any info as to why its not completed. This keeps happening.

  Hi people per hour !

  i have send the payment to buyer . but buyer says he did't receive any payment. what can i do know

  people per hour already cut payment my account but sealer not receive payment .
