Facebook connection

Cannot complete my application due to I am being asked to connect to social media or a web page. I choose connect to Facebook and I am bounced back to the connect page. I don't want to connect to a web page or Facebook ideally at all. Would rather connect to LinkedIn but that does not work either. Please advise.
