I have money in my escrow account, which I am not using. How do I transfer the money out of the escrow to my bank account?

  Hello,

  I should have money $150 on my escrow account, was paid 20 January and refund made on 24 January. Money must be on escrow account but they not there. I should pay for new deal. I want to use this money in the first place,

  I have mony in my escrow account which was assigned to someone on PPH but the person did not deliver and i ended up using someone else on PPH, how to I take the money back from the Escrow?
