Why was my job declined?

I just post a job for our video chat app's startup(by talking with some users for a while). But it was declined.

I read the email:

"All kinds of work can be posted as a Job on PeoplePerHour, from seeking someone to design your company logo, to looking for a translator or maybe an accountant to do your books. There are just a few things that can’t be posted and these include: ..."

 

I don't think my job should be declined.
