VAT - No VAT added to the Total Amount on invoice

Hi there,

I paid an invoice today, Amount £18. The seller is VAT registered & his VAT number is stated on the invoice as found on the image (I have blacked it out for confidentiality). But In the total why is VAT not stated? NA instead? It should have been VAT 20% as £3.6 & total as £21.6. Is that right? Can someone please help me with this. I have another invoice to pay I wanted to clarify this before paying for that.
