Probation period failed

My seller dashboard goes like this:

Your probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed and therefore all seller actions are locked We wish you well in your future endeavours.Your probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed and therefore all seller actions are locked We wish you well in your future endeavours.

 

I cannot contact my client now, I don't even know that pph have probation here, what does it even mean?. I have worked for 30 clients in the past 8 months, I can't still be in probation or whatever it is right?

My priority now is to be able to contact my current clients which I am still working for? can somebody please tell what is going on? is there any rule that I have broken here?

  It's really unfortunate that you have been in this situation however as I said you can create a new account registered to a different email address, and begin offering your services through there.

  Hi,

  Can you please at least tell me the cause for this?

  You can't seriously expect me to swallow all the hardwork that I have done, establishing my credibility here in pph platform and then just ruin it for a night without the least explanation.
