Payoneer account not approved

Hello,

I added my payoneer account about a month ago but the status saying "not approved". I added my National ID for verification process. I can't understand what should I do now. Please help.

  Sorry for that. I can see you had added them on 14 Feb and please be advised that all uploaded documents are checked and verified by our team within 7 working days. Please notify us again in case your documents take longer than that in order to investigate further, however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible.
