Buyer Not Responding

I have a buyer who I started a project with on the Feb 13 we discussed a few things he accepted my proposal deposited the money in the account and after that gone silent for 10 days now. I cant start the project and wait still. Not sure about what to do?

  I have a buyer who I started a project with on 25th October. we discussed a few things he accepted my proposal deposited the money in the account and I have submitted a sample too and after that gone silent for 4 days now. Not sure about what to do?
