I have yet again received a notification to pay an invoice that I have asked repeatedly to be cancelled and the money refunded. Time and time again your customer service has told me to follow the procedures which to a degree I have done. How many times do I have to state that your screen blocks following such procedures??? Is this your way of preventing someone from getting their money back in the hope they will just walk away? I told you yesterday that you have 10 days to resolve this matter before legal procedures are taken
