Job award ?

How do I know, I am awarded for any job? I get notification from PPH that "you have been selected to bid first for this job" but I cant do anything on the job wall. Its showing that in green "AWARDED" does it mean it's been given to someone else ! Cause I cant post anything on ask ques and there is no way that I can contact with the buyer. I am very new in PPH, signed up in last Friday. 

Looking forward someone's help here.

  The same issue i am facing too.

  I have been awarded to a new job but I cannot see the blue line on my pic!

  My client is unable to change the job status from open to proposal to awarded . please guide how to get it changed to awarded.
