Time Tracking Is it available??

 It is ridiculous that there is no time tracking app or at least I didn't find it after more than an hour search. In all other freelance sites like upwork there is such an app which helps clients know I am working on their project. Are there here plans for adding such app or not? I believe it is very easy to do it, especially for a community with over 100 million of transaction done!
