Can I pause my Hourlie while selling so I don't get overbooked?

Can I pause the hourlie I'm working on, so it's not visible on my profile and other people don't buy it? 

I don't want to get overbooked and miss deadlines.

And if I pause it, will the buyer I'm working with be able to see it?

Cause I would want them to see it, just so the info and conditions of the hourlie are clear.

  You can pause your hourlie from further buying and can reactivate whenever you want. Rest assured, there won't be any problem with the buyer with whom you're already working. You can complete their Job and can deliver their work without any issues.
