Proposal Accepted, Stream blocked by CS

Hello. I was awarded a proposal, https://www.peopleperhour.com/stream/view?id=10696805

On February 23, 2017. I completed the article as the delivery date was today but now the stream stands blocked. My work will go in vain and i will lose ratings too owing to no delivery. This is my first project on peopleperhour. Kindly help.
