4 out of 5 stars?

I have just received feedback from a job well done, i was expecting 5 out of 5, i did everything the client asked, i was quick in responding, and it seemed we got on well, which for me is always a plus.

However the client has left 4/5 stars. I asked the client why and here is his response.

'Sorry, a personal thing of not giving out maximum rating, happy with everything you did for us and the quality of your work, would recommend to anyone.'

What is that?

I have explained to the buyer on how important feedback is in the community and that i have now one from 100% to 93% rating at no fault of my own.

Buyer has now added this

'New to this so didn't realise it would effect ratings, so apologies for that, but would highly recommend your work and would use you again for any future projects.'

Can this be overturned?

Its very important to me to get this fixed, i am new here at PPH so every bit of good feedback counts!
