My buyer paid me and I have $530 in my escrow, how I can received this money? The buyer didnt know what to do to release my payment in escrow

  The same this has happened to me? 

  I've got a happy buyer who wants to release the funds from my escrow account. How or what do I press to do this?

   

  Can't believe this is so hard.
