Unsatisfactory Customer Service ...
Hi, I would like to publicly address an issue i'm having with PPH customer service. I sent out a kind ticket wanting to know an answer regarding payments and why my hourly keep getting rejected with NO feedback on why they are getting rejected.

As you can see they where quick to reply and NOT answer any of the questions, and seem to have just copy pasted a reconstructed response because the first part of the ticket revolved around payment ...
I Am addressing this here since by the look of the other community complaints, that this is the ONLY way to get there attention.
What do the rest of you think? Have you had problems like this with customer service?

I completed the job as mention in project but client want to do extra job else he says cancelled the job please re-consider that matter and give me my money back. Suppose if i work as buyer & request refund and comment the project not complete you resolve favor of me because i comment that the project was not completed but actually project was complete. please read full 257 messages you find that who is right or wrong

I worked as a seller and kumar Q awarded me a project of Adding Motorbike Helmets Database into PrestaShop and i completed after that he cancelled the job and all money refunded to kumar Q because he said the project was not completed but actually he want more work done in small project bid.

I'm experiencing problems with customer services too Mark.
When I raised my issue last Monday, I received a very prompt acknowledgement and was told that my issue was being escalated and then it went quiet.. Despite me chasing a few times last week, I've had no further messages from Customer Services.

Kelly - You stated that I seem to be in discussion with a senior advisor - that definitely was not the case. I only just received an email this morning. And my query is still not resolved!!

Getting in touch with support is RIDICULOUS. It is frustrating and overly time consumming. I sent about FIVE messages before I got a reply that was not even helpful! NOT ONCE has my acct been credited to accomodate for the frustration and lack of REAL customer support. I am honestly reviewing other sites to use...

hello I submitted a request on cs regarding name change on pph and still waiting for the response. I am very worried due to the delay and wanted to verify my bank account as soon as possible. I have to raise invoice on my completed project. but the pph is not responding for many hours
