    I'm still awaiting a response from your customer support team.

    As of today, my profile for this particular job has slipped to the fourth page of 37 sellers who've applied. How can this be when I've paid money to feature my proposal (and in the past this meant that my profile was at the top). I don't believe the 36 other sellers who've submitted a proposal have also  paid to have theirs featured?? I've no chance against other competitors and renders the feature request useless!

    Can someone come back to me as soon as possible - i.e. today.

    Further to my message this morning, the job has now been awarded:

    and my (supposedly) featured proposal wasn't read by the buyer.

    Can I request a refund of the £4.95 I paid to feature my proposal - seeing as it wasn't featured! Also, this is the second time I've paid to feature a proposal, without the proposal having been seen by the buyer. The 'feature' doesn't appear to work!
