Communication & Sharing troubles

Hello.

 

Currently I'm working with a buyer but there are some troubles. The buyer has some problems with the network so we're still trying to transfer the files. Deadline which was set up is already failed. Plus, it seems like a really bad communication. I don't want to report yet 'cause very slowly but the files are transferring (like 1-2 in 3-4 days). It's not a problem for me know I can wait. Anyways, I'd like to know what I can do if something would happen - I wouldn't like to lose my rating.
